VALoR Programs take the knowledge developed through the scholarly Centers and translate it into practical applications. Those lessons learned are further refined as the programs develop. National programs are tailored for regional implementation in high density military communities when gaps are identified.

All Star Family Resource Center
The All-Star Military Family Resource Center researches, compiles, organizes, coordinates and connects resources from all sources, government and civilian, and make them readily available to surviving families.
J.C. Brooks Memorial Legacy Center
The J.C. Brooks Memorial Legacy Library and Arts Studio will assist military families as they record, preserve, memorialize and archive the legacy of their military member and tell their story as a military family.
FeBA Memorial Stitchery
The Frances E. Brooks Adkins Memorial Stitchery facilitates development of a maker’s space, providing a way to memorialize the military and family members through textile art while providing a supportive community to military spouses.
